All in all, BlueStacks is gorgeous and glorious, but I would love it if there were analog movement emulation within the program as well.
I'm not sure if the Sixaxis Controller app is designed to work with Android emulation, so I'll have to ask Dancing Pixel Studios about that also. I can map movement keys to either the directional pad or the analog stick of my PS3 controller, but for games that utilize a simulated analog stick to get around (such as Marvel Future Fight and Final Fantasy III) the movement just becomes stiff and wonky rather than fluid as it would be with true analog emulation. There are certain apps that simulate an analog stick feature similar to that of a PS2/3/4 or XBox/360/One controller, which differs from the directional pad. I'm able to map the tapping and swiping functions to keyboard keys which I then have the ability to map to a controller, but I can do this regardless of root access.
